Mici (pronounce MITCH) is traditionally made from a mixture of ground beef, pork and lamb, seasoned with garlic, paprika, crushed black pepper and other authentic Romanian ingredients. The meat is mixed until it reaches the perfect consistency, marinated overnight for a juicy flavour, then shaped into small oblong sausages, chargrilled without casing over the flame until golden brown and crispy on the outside, while tender and juicy on the inside. Our "MICI" are famous ,, and we are proud that lots of customers are driving for hours to taste our Real Authentic Dishes.
